PHASE SHIFTS IN THE OLD VIC HOUSE
Illustration for book cover created using Adobe Photoshop brushes and Blender.
For Clark A. Hiddleston's Phase Shifts in the Old Vic House, I designed a cover that reflects the tension and complexity of Donavan Partekin’s journey as he navigates identity, cultural divides, and a community’s unorthodox blend of spirituality and gang life. Centered on the clash between Donavan’s structured world as a courthouse clerk and Jake Talamantes’ gritty, enigmatic presence, the design captures the novel’s themes of self-discovery, connection, and the hidden forces that shape lives in unexpected ways.
