For Bryan R. Saye’s That Such Men Lived, I designed a cover that captures the grit, sacrifice, and emotional depth at the heart of Johannes Schmitt’s story. Torn from his home in Nazi Germany and thrust into the chaos of World War II, Johannes’s journey from loss and exile to duty and redemption embodies both the personal and collective struggle of the Ritchie Boys.
